Family Life Minister/Director

First Christian Church of Alliance, Ohio, affiliated with Disciple Heritage Fellowship, is seeking a full-time Family Life Director. The position requires emphasis on youth (grades 6 – 12) and their families, sports ministry, assisting the senior pastor with day to day activities of substitute preaching, visitation, counseling, and working with volunteers. Local residency is essential. Candidates must exhibit a passion for Jesus, a servant-hearted attitude, leadership skills, flexibility, experience working with youth, ability to relate to all ages, including the elderly. A bachelor’s degree or practical ministry experience is required; the salaried position offers up to $42,000, dependent on education and experience.
